As an 8th grade Math teacher, my primary focus is to improve "student literacy" in mathematics.  Therefore, my primary goal is to ensure that all of my students get into the habit of critically analyzing information  to find real solutions to every day problems/situations.  Such skills will be placed into practice each and every day in preparation for the LEAP and their future beyond secondary education.
