This is my 29th year working in EBR Parish.  I started my educational career in 1980. This is my 1st year at Broadmoor Middle. Before I came to Broadmoor I worked at Crestworth Middle for 11 years.  I had 18 years in Elementary School. Dufrocq & Eden Park Elementary were my former schools.

I am the proud grandmother of Jevean Malik, age 6, Destiny Ashae, age 8 and Austin Montrell, age 10. My proudest joy is my son Spahne and daughter-in-law Korean Jenkins.

I love my family as much as I do my teddy bear family  because they are so cuddly. I own at least 36 teddy bears. I have been collecting them for at least 22 years.

"AREN'T THEY ADORABLE?"

Quotes About Math

"It is much easier for a mathematician to read a physics book after the physics becomes obsolete, and that is in fact what usually happens."

-Gian-Carlo Rota

"As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality."

-ALBERT EINSTEIN

"In mathematics whatever you learn is yours and you build up- one step at a time. It's not like a real- time game of winning and losing. You win if you benefit from the power, rigor, and beauty of mathematics."

-Dr. Fan Chung
